Knowing my urgency and the limited time available to dispatch the order, Andrew gave a follow up call to ensure that I have received the email from him, necessary to place the order. This extra care and kind concern is hard to find these days. Within minutes after placing the order, I was emailed the order confirmation, tax invoice and a TNT Tracking number giving the expected delivery date. This just showed how well the systems at Trust Panda are managed, where customer convenience is pivotal. The order was delivered spot on as per the estimation.
