As a Telecommunications provider mainly for small business I also provide LastPass as an associated product and wanted to value add with MFA. I tried a few options but the Yubikey won out on features and ease of use. I am still coming to grips with this product, it seems to be as simple or as complex as you want to make it but there seems to be heaps of info out there to reference. The biggest surprise was the purchase experience through Trust Panda. I tried to purchase online but was not able to apply the free delivery so went to give them a call but it was Saturday and they were closed so I just fired off an email. This was random dude only purchasing two keys questioning $10 delivery and I get a phone call back within a couple of hours. So the guy that calls me answers all my questions sorts out all my problems and emails me a link to complete the purchase, I was not entitled to free delivery (I really should read the purchase info) but I received it anyway and had received the keys by Wednesday in Perth. Packaging was excellent - actually it was better, it screamed quality at me and they chucked in a free pen. Did it make the product any better? Probably not but it tells me I am dealing with people that that value quality. Would I recommend Trust Panda? For sure...
