I was really annoyed that I had to buy a piece of hardware to keep being able to access the internal websites of my institution. What's more, the IT department didn't have them, I had to buy it myself online with only a few days to go! So luckily Trust Panda could express post it to me. Now that I have it, it just sits in the USB port of my computer, and I don't have to think about it. So I'm annoyed that I had to do this in the first place, but as a company, Trust Panda got it to me, and it works just fine. So well done you.
