Fantastic customer service from the terrific Allan D, was having trouble online as when I tried to check out the system wouldn’t accept my address for delivery, when I sent though an email explaining, had very quick reply email from Allan saying my address could be delivered to and he kindly offered to send a link for an invoice and ordered the item for me, which worked beautifully. Wonderful communication and customer service, Ordered late on 21st Dec and item a soft toy panda for a birthday gift arrived yesterday 2nd Jan, pretty prompt for the holiday break.
