The tradesman did an appalling job with my flooring which resulted in me having to completely remove it and replace it at considerable expense. I contacted TrustATrader with all the evidence. Dealing with this company was traumatic. They did ever thing in their power to stop me posting a negative review. The person I dealt with was rude and dismissive. I was viewed as an irritant and an inconvenience. Clearly this company is only interested in posting postive reviews. Avoid using TrustATrader, their sole focus is on preventing any negative reviews been posted so that they can keep the traders on their site so they can pocket their commission.
