I agree with all below. No answers of emails, phone calls . It's been over 2 years.
If they can not help with claim, they need to just say so. That's all I need to know.
Its a total waste of time on both sides.
I had so many emails at the start asking for information, but now none.
Total emails sent with no answer 20.
I am now going to complaint to finical ombudsmen.
