We are still waiting for a refund of our Aspire Lounge booking at Manchester Airport in 2018. It was cancelled by Trusted Travel without explanation just a few days before the holiday despite being booked and paid for months before. We were assure we would get a full refund, it has never happened and I reckon at around £40+ plus per booking that they have made quite a tidy sum and so to me the only thing they are good at is taking you money and pretending you don't exist. DO NOT TRUST TRUSTED TRAVEL!!!!!!
