I have written an honest review of Just My Look company and their poor customer service. I was asked by Trustpilot to provide evidence that I was a real customer. I provided email exchanges, order confirmation and screenshot of despatch. Still Trustpilot says this does not qualify as evidence of my experience and removed my feedback. I have asked if they check the 5* ratings in the same way, but of course no response. If companies do pay Trustpilot for the service then it is clear where their allegiance will ultimately sit. Won’t bother with them again. Maybe use Google as these are not removed
