I have tried 3 times to leave a negative review on Trustpilot for the courier company Yodel. However each one is removed shortly after being published and despite presenting evidence that backs up my reviews to Trustpilot's content integrity team they close the case without giving the reason for the removal and blame their software. And yet this company has thousands of positive reviews, all from invited reviewers of which nearly all have single figure reviews to their name. Social media is full of people complaining about Yodel and yet Trustpilot says they are excellent, really? I'm sorry but this is fraudulent and clearly shows that Trustpilot cannot be trusted.
