I agree with everybody else regarding TrustPilot removing bad reviews. I have been scammed by a business that has stolen from me a lot of money without delivering the product and they are still operating under the same website. https://www.coffeebeanery.com.au/ Please be careful as they deliver very small value items but they don’t deliver very expensive items like coffee machines worth thousands’, so that they can show they are a legitimate business. They get good reviews on TrustPilot from low value goods. I contacted TrustPilot multiple times and I told them about my experience and they just did not care as it’s obvious that TrustPilot would not have a business without those business scamming innocent people. TrustPilot just be ashamed of their behavior as they are protecting people/businesses doing the wrong things. This website should just been banned.
