They allow people to post fake negative reviews about your company and when you request proof they say they do not supply this to you but have check it is genuine. How do they know it is genuine??? People post multiple negative reviews with false information making claims and with obsencities yet they refuse to remove them. You supply proof of reviewers not being genuine and again they refuse to remove it. You have to pay to access the facilities on their website and you do not get any support when you contact them about these issues. You company only gets its reputation damaged and you loose business because of this. I have no issue with genuine negative reviews but when you competitors pay customers to leave positive reviews and leave you fake negative reviews they should be able to manager this properly.
