Trustpilot in their "Panic" to remove anything they don't like remove perfectly valid critical reviews of big companies and don't give you opportunity to prove your experience or anything. I tried to leave a critical review of a certain large company and I had only ever left positive reviews before for other companies. I was immediately reprimanded by Trustpilot for "fake reviews". I didn't get the chance to validate my experience and I simply got a message insisting that I can't use Trustpilot. So really I think what this shows is that they're just a platform which sucks up to big-business interests and don't care about anything objective.
