Wrote a review for justcarbatteries.co.uk, basically they committed fraud calling me a liar so they didnt have to pay a return postage, but trustpilot removed my review asking for proof of purchase which i duly supplied. still they would not reinstate my review unless i then edited out words like " they lied ” and "call their customers liars". trustpilot said this was defamation of character and that my review is not a true description of my buying experience? so basically now trustpilot and justcarbatteries are both calling me a liar! this is defamation of my character and i wish to sue both companies for libel and slander, i have evidence if there are any lawyers out there wanting a percentage? save me going through small claims. to add insult to injury justcarbatteries have obviously penned their own reviews (the only positive ones on the site i might add). having highlighted this to trustpilot these fraudulent reviews remain on the site. other people have complained about this, negative reviewers are being hassled to remove their reviews when the fake and real positive ones remain.
