Removed my 100% genuine and very positive review (with specific product and personal detail that might have indicated I was genuine) and then refused to reinstate it without documentary proof, correspondence with the company, etc. They stated that this is what the look for in verifying reviews; but how on earth would they normally get hold of documents relating to a private business transaction, and personal correspondence between the customer and the business? It's not public information! I am appalled. I wrote a favourable review, under my own name, complete with specific detail from personal experience, and am being forced to send them personal documentation to prove I am genuine. I have written reviews in the past without issue (though reading the other reviews here, I fear they too may be removed). I feel I owe to the company I reviewed to fight to have the review put back. It was only up a few days.
