Beware as TrustPilot contacts people who leave genuine negative reviews on certain companies to force them to provide a ridiculous amount of documentation to get them 'verified'. Even when the reviewer jumps through all the hoops to provide the required documentation, TrustPilot verifies the review and then takes the review down anyway a few weeks later. Yet obviously fake good reviews are without question. Sad to say, TrustPilot reviews do not therefore represent a good assessment of an organisation and TrustPilot is not an organisation with a great deal of integrity itself.
