Trustpilot is supposedly somewhere where you are able to leave genuine reviews negative or positive, as long as they don't "breach their terms". Funny that, I left negative reviews for Mobilephonesdirect, both reviews were of my genuine experience and did not breach any rules, but they removed them. They asked that I provided proof of the order, I sent all the emails and my order confirmation but still they won't reinstate it. DO NOT trust the reviews on Trustpilot, if a company pays them enough they will get rid of the negative ones. Seems that I am not the only one this has happened to.
