We are a new business and go through a lot of effort to get reviews as they are important for our ability to win new business, only for the trustpilot algorithm to delete them. Our clients then enter a never-ending cycle of sending evidence, waiting months to hear back, only to be asked for more evidence. I have contacted Trustpilot twice on this issue and have never heard anything back. There doesn't appear to be any way to get in touch with them without paying. So... that's that then. If the algorithm picks up a review, it gets deleted and there's no way to get it back without paying a monthly fee. What a con. So far around 40% of our reviews have been deleted because of this.
