Hats off to Caroline completely rude, unhelpful, aggressive, accusatory, Trust pilots main goal is to take your money and damn to anything else, I've been using Trustpilot for years, anytime I've had attempted to make a service level conversation with them, they get aggressive and throw contracts and debt collection in your face immediately, and completely unnecessarily. You will only have effective communication from them when they sign you up, and when they want to be paid. Unlike anything I've experienced with any service EVER.
