Left a review on a unsatisfactory treatment from a business over a year ago (turns out the business has shockingly low ratings anyway). Then the business wanted proof of my experience all that time ago. I no longer had it so Trustpilot took the review down at the request of the business. This shouldn't happen more that a year after the experience and review. Lack of integrity by Trustpilot.
