It's not right that they pester you for your personal details to be attached to a review and then threaten to remove your review if you don't provide this.
Not everyone is comfortable with handing over personal identifiable information to the person you may be negatively reviewing so with this in mind trustpilot is not a true representation of what people really think about businesses etc and is likely providing a biased perspective of what a company/business is really like.
