Trustpilot is not as transparent as it professed to be… It simply works for companies and not its consumers, because business are allowed to work through their convoluted review requirements claiming false feedback, which allows ratings by customers to be retracted. Something is funny when hundreds of customer’s ratings mirror each other giving a 1 star rating for integrity and performance yet Trustpilot honors them with a 4+ star because rather than taking the obviously reporting pattern by consumers as bad business, they allow the retraction of them raising bottom line ratings.
