Our renewal reminders were sent to a team member that no longer works for us. Their email had an auto-reply to re-direct emails to someone else but TrustPilot ignored these. They also emailed the person who signed the contract but not the account main admin/listed contacts so we were not informed of the renewal in advance, which also had an 8% price increase. Due to this, we reached out to TrustPilot for some help as we were not planning to renew, with the view we could pay for the quarter and then cancel. However, whilst we accept we didn't contact them before the date to cancel, they are refusing to help when they know that they emailed the wrong contacts in relation to the renewal. I've used Trust Pilot across two companies over 5 years and am appalled by the awful level of customer service received.
