Trustpilot sent me an email saying I needed to provide additional information (of a personal nature) or they would take down my extensive and honest review if a platform I obviously had used for quite some time. I don't see how giving my ohone number to the platform is necessary to write a review. TP will remove negative reviews for companies, I'm sure in exchange for some compensation in return. This does not seem to be a transparent and fair system.
