That’s the original review I left for MCluck and every time I put a negative review to them they remove it. That’s not being transparent, they probably getting paid to remove negative reviews and just leave the 5 star Review removed A BIG NOOO I thought this place was going to get better by the day, but after my first and last redemption things haven’t change a bit, still having nasty agents and still asking for information that has been provided before….. don’t spend your money on this site,, go play Luckyland or Modo.. not profesional at all. I will not be going back
