As other have said Trustpilot remove genuine bad reviews for certain companies under the guise of it being a fake review. I have a long transcript of an email conversation with Trustpilot refusing to publish my bad review of an Ebac product. I have provided them a copy of my order with order number and offered them a lot more evidence of my purchase but they keep coming up with different reasons to publish it - they're now telling me I have multiple Trustpilot account which is not true. I am reporting them to Trading Standards and BBCs watchdog as by refusing to publish all reviews they are presenting a warped view of customers' experiences with the products and I'd encourage anyone with a similar experience to do the same.
