Trustpilot. Worst rating platform EVER.
someone left a bad review for a company with a similar company name to mine and now I can`t get it deleted unless I pay trust pilot!!!
They are happy to keep bad reviews but keep deleting good reviews. I had a customer tell me he tried leaving me a review on trust pilot for them to email him the day later asking him to prove he order something from us. I bet they don’t ask for the same information when someone leaves a bad review.
