Thank you for teaching me how unreliable your platform actually is. You remove both positive and negative reviews so no one knows what’s really going on with a company. Your representation of consumers experience is FALSE! Because you decide what goes live and what gets deleted. This is the scary part.
Like thousands of other people who are using other means to leave reviews and learn about goods and services before purchasing - I too will look elsewhere.
Clearly, there is room for another platform who allows the public to speak.
