I had a really nasty experience at a Blackpool KFC, so much so I felt the need to review, only later to find my review had been taken down, after many emails I am still no further. I sent them the reciept (which was 1stly requested) to prove the review was genuine but this wasnt enough! The reply I got was my name needed to be on the reciept!!! Who EVER has their name on a reciept from KFC?, I have also offered to send in the debit card transaction showing both purchases and STILL they arnt budging, I was treated very rudely and also discovered KFC are FORCEABLY upselling their products. I have repeatedly asked for their complaints procedure and also their governing body to which I have yet to be informed. I have kept all proofs and correspondence and will wait a little while longer for a suitable reply then I will be contacting the CMA. I also have read recently about Trust Pilots FTSE Index rise in position!!! Hmm.
