The staff, Darren at the desk, Bar catering pool and housekeeping made our Anniversary weekend so special due to the kindness and professionalism. Our room requested on the to floor was amazing and quietl. Good was awesome plus listening to the staff supporting each other at busier times showed excellent managerial guidance. The food in the bar area was amazing and to cooked to a very high standard , it was delicious. We have stayed in many hotels but the special personal touches and cleanliness made our stay awesome and we will rebook and take some of my colleagues.
