For the second time within the past few months, I have been mislead trying to get a refund on my credit build up. This time I was given a figure of £339:81 on my statement and confirmed by the operator I requested £150. After another phone call today, I was informed my credit is only £69, telling the operator that it was impossible for me to have used £270:81, living on my own having lost my wife in recent months and 89 years old not spending much time at home I was informed there’s been a discrepancy.
EON, your ability to maintain customers accounts sending false information is beyond belief, this is the second encounter Iv’e had in recent months with you, unfortunately Iv’e just agreed to another 12 month contract, I should have learnt a lesson after the first encounter. What a way to serve a89 year old gent living on his own having lost his wife.
