I left a review on a business, based on research that was publicly verifiable. As I did not purchase from the company, I left a 5 star rating, but honest feedback in the detail, which pointed out all the reasons why I chose not to use the company. Trust pilot removed my review asking for evidence of purchase. I did not feel this was fair, as I felt my research was valuable to consumers and therefore important enough to share to allow others to make purchasing decisions.
