They don't care about customers. Their protection against fraud doesn't protect real customers but the big business. I was asked for proof about my purchase multiple times, send it to them, and it was never enough. Receipts normally don't come with names, then I've written down my name next to the product and send a picture, then I send a mail with with the date and confirmation of the brand but then it was a problem that my wife ordered it, while I was at work, no matter if we proof our relationship (and the order was on my name).
That was pathetic. They don't care about you. And it took ages to find a website where you can leave a review. Funny enough, you can't leave a review about them on their site and there are no Google reviews to be found.
Their rules protect big companies and they know that. But they don't protect them in if the buyer did something wrong. They protect them from getting honest, bad reviews. Because some rules make it impossible to post them. Even with proof. A lot of it.
