As most people have indicated, they protect their sponsors and have zero credibility.
Give the service a positive review and not an issue, give a genurine negative and there's not a chance of having it printed whether you have proof of purchase or not.
Effectively it's a scam and the only way to deal with this shambles is to ignore and take no notice if the review.
Do a google search about trustpilot and make your own mind up.
