A few days ago, my account with Interactive Brokers was flagged for pattern day trading — even though I had only made one trade that I mistakenly opened and closed on the same day. Frustrated by this, I withdrew my funds and decided not to use their platform again. I left an honest review on Trustpilot describing my experience, but it was removed without a clear explanation. Trustpilot claimed they needed proof I was a customer, but I was blocked from accessing my IBKR account, and oddly, even the emails I received from them appeared redacted. It felt like the platform protected the company over the voice of the customer. This kind of moderation does a disservice to the trading community. Shame on Trustpilot — they might want to reconsider having the word "trust" in their name.
