Delete negative reviews. Left a factually accurate review of Mighty Deals stating that their vendor (Ultimo Electronics) had sent us an obviously damaged phone despite it being described as Grade A refurbished. Chased MD for refund after Ultimo confirmed they had the phone back and MD would deal with it. Never responded to any emails and we got our money back via our credit card company using the charge-back scheme. Only when we posted a review on Trust Pilot did Mighty (Shitey) Deals respond by reporting the review and saying they could not check as I hadn't posted the order number. I replied with this information but the review was still removed and I never had any further contact from MD. Joke company (Mighty Deals) and joke review website (Trust Pilot) - both very untrustworthy!
