trustpilot do not care about the businesses and hide behind the fact they are trying to give a fair standing point for customer feedback.
You can't call and speak to a member in the compliance team only contact via email.
As if your not busy enough responding to false reviews they have allowed to be posted on their site.
They even decide not to take down totally false opinion reviews with totally inaccurate information as that doesn't breach "THEIR" guidelines.
