They are the Facebook of reviews. Company's pay them to push back at wronged customers and they accept all the FAKE reviews that can be musted on the positive side. Can't wait for a government watchdog to look into this very harmful business.
They are as bad as the bad companies they represent. Not sure how they sleep at night. I look forward to watching Peter Holten Mühlmann testify.
