But if you truly believe we are allowing our own guidelines to be contravened, I'm unsure as to how we can assist. We look at a number of factors when evaluating reviews and take action accordingly. I appreciate you may have notified us of reviews and seen no action taken - this would probably indicate that we haven't yet investigate the review, or that our findings/evaluation don't match your assumption about the review.
