I usually leave a review after receiving a service, with Trustpilot I gave up doing so, even if the company responds and addresses the issue, if they pay Trustpilot, the review gets removed.
Some companies sent me a request and a link to review them, which I did, if they didn't "claim" (read pay) for it, the reviews were also "flagged" even if they were good.
I think the site is the biggest scam out there, I make it a point to not buy anything from sites highly rated on Trustpilot
