Allows scam artists to write false reviews for our organization online but then removed our own reviews of their scam that have ripped us off. They have removed several of our 1-star reviews for a company (WP Fix It) that we've done business and acted unethically (took our money and ran), and that company wrote us 1-star reviews as retribution. We contacted TrustPilot's compliance team and they have refused to take down the fraudulent reviews or honour our requests for them to remove our protected copyright and trademarks. Avoid at all costs, there are MUCH better solutions out there.
