I agree with most of the reviewers in that Trustpilot is just a marketing platform which service providers pay for but they can (and do) remove any negative reviews,
I have had honest negative reviews removed on more than one occasion but my positive reviews are all still standing !
I am surprised that most consumers don't seem to realize this.
Trustpilot must be laughing all the way to the bank !
