They wait till you get some negative feedback then contact you (high pressure) to sell you the right to reply - £2000 per quarter - yer right! Then when you use their 'free' service, you get threatening calls saying you are in breach of their logo etc when the thing clearly states free and to use the logo in the sandbox. Hell will freeze over before I pay this company a penny. They are everything that's wrong with the Net working against honest people just trying to run a Business.
