I had a great customer experience with National Car in Kingston, Jamaica and wrote a very positive and substantive review on Trustpilot on 1/2/2019. Within Minutes, I received an email from Trustpilot Compliance stating:

I immediately responded to their email letting them know that the review was indeed authentic. No response. I followed up on 1/4 - no response. I followed up on 1/10 and informed them that if I didn't hear from someone within 24 hours, I would find a way to review THEM. The 24 hours is up - NO RESPONSE.
How can an organization be counted upon to provide effective reviews on a company's customer satisfaction when they don't even respond to inquiries from THEIR company. I am totally frustrated with them and their lack of follow up. By the way, the service at National Car Rental in Jamaica is AWESOME - particularly Christina and Shane!
