Who can you trust these days? You complain about a bad experience with a company that is defrauding people, the owner of the business reports our review and we end up having our reviews removed for breaching the trustpilot rules. We can’t say we’ve been defrauded, we can’t use the owner’s name... then the owner goes there and places fake positive reviews and no one from trustpilot cares. I just wanted to speak with someone that cares. We are trying to do the right thing and trustpilot should be trustworthy and efficient. They don’t seem to want to do their job!
