Thomas Cook Wellington Street Ballymena Cancelled our hotel the day before we where due to fly,they said Constantantious The Great wasn't up to standard for the money we paid.offered The Odessa which had a hotel in front of it .We where never offered a refund .Made to pay an additional £180.00 I believe total was £2,421 ended in a grubby Golden Coast Beach hotel in Protaras far from 5* we booked went to Constantious The Great after 4 days so frustated with this Company ,contact Connect in Manchester the lady on the phone said they should never have taken the booking,Laura in Ballymena branch stated that the hotel HAD BEEN NEWLY REFURBISHED IN FEBRUARY 5 WEEKS PRIOR TO MY BOOKING .So WHY DID THEY CANCEL HOTEL.In my option they are obviously advertising lovely hotels taking our hard earned money and giving us what i would consider a a 3* hotel explained that we spoke to the head reception manager we viewed the room .The room was amazing albeit the hotel need some finishing touches.JET 2 CUSTOMERS GOT THE CHOICE WHERE UPGRADE TO SEAVIEW AND ALL INCLUSIVE.NOW OFFERING US £250.00 COMPENSATION .WHAT ABOUT THE £180.00 and some real compensation for ruining our 25 WEDDING ANNIVERSARY???? DON'T BOOK THOMAS COOK
