Debenhams poor services and delivery services. Spoke to a person called Sam that wouldn’t let me speak to supervisor or manager. I asked to log a complaint he had to go ask his manger called sammina. Supervisor told Sam I can’t log complaint until after 6pm today. The order was meant to be delivered yesterday but failed to turn up. Waited in the whole day and messed up my day.
