Barking and Dagenham reside and Mainstay. New build in Barking nightmare from hell. Building has several defaults that have failed to be fixed left for several months without heating and several times the hot water stops for days. The living room ceilings u derneath bedroom are low and the sound noise that travels up through the ceilings is very poor. The master bedroom is next door to someone’s kitchen and bedroom. Lots of noise and shouting is heard every day and night. Wake up during night to noise kids still playing and screaming. Loud music also been heard from neighbours and unable to sleep. Worse decision ever moving to these new builds. So many repairs and nothing gets done and Barking and Dagenham do not care all about money.
