Purchased a watch from company called hyperstech it packed in after one and a half days informed them they surggested change battery as if I didn’t think of that myself well still doesn’t work they don’t recognise warranty’s or consumer rights act 2015 which means they replace or refund or repair they expect customer to pay to return watch at customers exspence they also want customers to send video of faulty watch so there so called exsperts can what’s wrong but my problem is normal company’s would take watch apart to find fault and don’t apologise for anything they say watches battery lasts for 33 months there British partner surplies web site
