I posted a very honest but negative comment about a website (Bark) on Trustpilot. the reason was I was scammed using a trade from that specific website and I felt I should warn other people. However, trust pilot asked me to remove the comment and when I called them to explain why it is very important to leave the comment as it is I only got a voice mail. I left a message and never heard back. later the comment was deleted. I later noticed there is a pattern with most of the reviews on Trustpilot, it seems they delete the negative comments. so they are working for the companies not the customers.
