Trustpilot is a complete scam. Any company can PAY Trustpilot to remove negative reviews, which they will do and have done many times, even if you provide evidence to backup the review, they wills till remove it if that business is paying them to do so. However, If you are NOT paying trustpilot for their services, they will do nothing for you at all, even if you can prove a review is completely fake and defamatory. The owner of a company I left a review for then started posting malicious, defamatory posts and comments online about me, including FAKE reviews on Trustpilot. Even worse, he did not even write the fake review himself, he actually copied one of his own customer's negative reviews from his own facebook page and used that. I sent screenshots to trustpilot compliance, clealry showing where he had copied the text from and pointing out that this wasnlt a review, it was just a personal attack. But even with this indisputable evidence, trustpilot will not remove it, unless I pay them of course.
